In April 2026, the vibrant city of Porto, Portugal, became home to an architectural marvel at its annual book fair. The renowned firm fala undertook the ambitious task of designing a book stand that would break free from the conventional mold of temporary structures. With a minuscule 3-by-3-meter area and a severely constrained financial plan, the project aimed to transcend mere functionality, evolving into an artistic statement.
